Fantastic stay and experience! The rooms were marvelous with warm ambiance and comfortable beds. The restaurant is impressively family-friendly and offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the terrace offered a magnificent view of the city, which made the dining experience amazing. The customer service is praiseworthy, the staff was friendly and attentive.
The location is slightly inconvenient for those looking to spend time near the city's major attractions as it is bit far from the city center. We also faced some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which kept disconnecting regularly.

Landed at this hotel due to a sudden change in plans, and I was pleasantly surprised. the location is perfect, with great access to shopping centers and restaurants. the check-in process was smooth with a courteous front desk. the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were fantastic. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exquisite with many vegetarian options.
The WIFI can be slow at times, and the room service took a little longer than expected. But it's nothing major to complain about.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful green hills surrounding it. the restaurant ambience is amazing, and the food is delicious. the staff is courteous and helpful.
The hot water may not always be readily available and may take some time to receive.
